With both front and back platforms and handle bars, a large mobile carriage, and multiple hand and foot straps, there’s no limit to our exercising programming your endurance AND power will be tested every time you step in the room.​

OUR CLASSES

FULL BODY

50% tread | 50% floor

Tread: You’ll have three different speed/sled options (Runner, Jogger, Walker) called out by your instructor. We keep the pushes short and the intensity high.

Floor: Transition from Tread to Floor multiple times throughout class. You’ll have three sets of weights for strength training routines targeting different muscle groups for a comprehensive full-body workout.

ONESWEAT STRENGTH

10% tread | 90% floor

Tread: Used primarily as a warm-up consisting of some incline walking and light jogging to get the blood flowing.

Floor: Fully dedicated class focused on isolating certain muscle groups and incorporating exercises and programming designed to build lean muscle.
