SKILLRUN by Technogym treadmills are at the core of each of our workouts. With enhanced 25 degree incline and sled mode capabilities, your endurance AND power will be tested every time you step in the room.​

Our ONESWEAT Signature classes combine cardio, strength, functional, and full-body movements for a highly effective, calorie torching, HIIT workout.
ONESWEAT Strength are focused classes to isolate certain muscle groups and incorporate exercises & programming designed to build lean muscle.

OUR CLASSES

ONESWEAT SIGNATURE

50% tread | 50% floor

Tread: You’ll have three different speed/sled options (Runner, Jogger, Walker) called out by your instructor. We keep the pushes short and the intensity high.

Floor: Transition from Tread to Floor multiple times throughout class. You’ll have three sets of weights for strength training routines targeting different muscle groups for a comprehensive full-body workout.

ONESWEAT STRENGTH

10% tread | 90% floor

Tread: Used primarily as a warm-up consisting of some incline walking and light jogging to get the blood flowing.

Floor: Fully dedicated class focused on isolating certain muscle groups and incorporating exercises and programming designed to build lean muscle.
