We are a functional and highly effective approach to fitness combining cardio, strength, and circuit training in a community-oriented atmosphere.

Unlike other treadmill based studios, we incorporate a much larger portion of strength and functional training into our workouts. With a maximum of 6 minutes on the treadmill at any one time, we push hard while intermittently transitioning from cardio to strength training.

Our classes are accessible to all fitness levels. Our premier trainers do a fantastic job of identifying who is in each class and they throw out modifications for you to take as you need them.
So while the person next to you might be sprinting, several other people in class might be walking or jogging.

We also have bikes available for those true “non-runners”!

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so that we have time to give you a tour and introduce you to your trainer. Be prepared to walk, run, jog, and get a great sweat! Wear light weight, sweat-wicking apparel. For shoes, runners or cross trainers are the best. We have complimentary towel service, filtered water stations, a smoothie bar, and a retail area. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered! Don’t forget to watch our intro video to get you familiarized with our classes!

Our classes fill up pretty quickly so we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance!

Our workouts can be intense so we recommend that all members have clearance from a doctor or physical therapist to train.

Yes! With doctor’s approval, several of our members have crushed our Signature & Strength classes well into their pregnancy. Labor and parenting require strength, stamina, and energy so training is a great way to prepare you for the challenge!
