Join our signature class and get ready to sweat as you alternate between the treadmill and floor, where you will find three sets of dumbbells for strength training.

Your treadmill sessions will include sprints, hills, endurance runs, and sled pushes – with speed entirely in your hands. Meanwhile, dumbbells and other equipment will help you build strength and lean muscle.
